Hudson Valley CSA
Updates for 2020
Sign up for the 2021 CSA Season will begin in early 2021. Details from the 2020 season are below, and will be similar for the 2021 season.
Sign up for our Winter Share has closed. Click here for details on the Winter Share.
CSA members receive our farm’s freshest certified organic vegetables, from June through October.
We’re flexible! You'll sign up for a default pickup location but you can always choose your pick-up day and location week to week:
Clermont, on the farm (Wednesdays, Saturdays)
Red Hook Village (Thursdays)
Eggs are available, too! You can choose to add pasture-raised eggs to your share, and we hope to offer other regional farm products for pickup with your share as well.
We build community together! We hope to be able to offer farm events again as soon as it is safe to do so. Stay tuned for 2020 event updates.
What's in a share?
Each week we harvest a balance of our organic salad greens, root vegetables, cooking greens, seasonal vegetables, herbs and more. The list of vegetables that we are planting this year is here.
A Weekly Share is designed for a medium-sized household, with 8-10 varieties of produce per week (a total of 6-20 pounds). Smaller households often choose a Biweekly Share.
Lots of Flexibility!
We have lots of options!
The main Harvest Season runs from June through October. Within that period, you can choose:
Biweekly Pickup (every second week)
Custom Schedule (contact us for details)
Members on a weekly or biweekly pick up schedule also have lots of flexibility:
Going on vacation? Put your share on pause for a week or two, we'll give you a credit toward next year's share.
Missed your pickup? We'll hold your share for you at the farm to pick up in the following days.
Want to pick up at a different location for the week? Just give 2 days notice and we'll send your share to whichever location works best for you.
Locations and Days
You will choose a default pickup time/place when you register, but you can change your pickup spot from week to week. The 2020 options include:
