Hearty Roots Community Farm rents land at two locations down the road from one another. Our "home base" and the site of our local Farm Share pick-up is at
433 West Kerley Corners Road, Tivoli, NY. We're on the north side of West Kerley Corners Road, between Route 9 and Route 9G, 2.5 miles from the village center of Tivoli.
Our main production fields are on the next road over, at 227 Pitcher Lane, Red Hook, NY. This is where our annual Onion Planting party takes place.
